Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Time

Local Delivery (Pakistan):

  • Major cities: 2-4 business days
  • Other areas: 4-7 business days

International Shipping:

  • Available on request
  • Delivery time: 7-14 business days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above PKR 3,000

For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies.

International shipping rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the courier's website.

Please Note: Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

Scentestic is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at scentestic@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
