Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Original tags and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrances and perfumes
- Products with broken seals
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted. Please ensure you contact us within this timeframe to arrange your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will:
- Inspect the product to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days after approval
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Send you a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos showing the damage or incorrect item
- Include your order number in your message
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details
